The guest room was enjoyable and made us feel at home. The location in the Kensington district was great, very close to a subway station.- The area is ideal for a short stay with many conveniences nearby.- The service provided was nice and welcoming.

Lovely design of interiors in single room. Plenty of food at the continental breakfast. Set in an awesome location very close to a tube station.

The location of the hotel is very central, so close to Piccadilly Circus and central London. I stayed in an airy guest room with a lovely big window.

I was impressed when I was offered coffee on my arrival at the hotel after night's flight. The staff was very helpful. The location was rather good - a calm and peaceful place with a view at the garden and just near the tube. The wifi connection in my room was good.

The single I stayed in was not spacy - there was no room for my luggage and the bathroom was small. Besides from that, continental breakfast was not varied.

The location is great and incredible, 10 minutes' walk to Chelsea FC. the rooms are absolutely spotless and the continental breakfast offered has plenty of dishes. the bathroom is equipped with a tub.
